3. Shoot Location and Permissions
The location of the shoot will generally be determined by the client's project. Clients must ensure that all required permissions for filming, especially on private property or restricted areas, are secured before the shoot. Schneider Aerial Imagery is not responsible for obtaining these permissions, though we will work with clients to navigate FAA regulations and legal requirements as needed.

The client is responsible for providing accurate and clear information regarding the location and any specific requirements for the shoot. If the location requires special access or permits, it is the client’s responsibility to obtain such permissions.

Schneider Aerial Imagery is not liable for any damages, losses, or accidents that may occur during the use of drone services. The client agrees to hold Schneider Aerial Imagery harmless for any such incidents, including but not limited to damages to property or injury, that arise during the shoot.

By engaging Schneider Aerial Imagery, the client is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the footage and images for personal or commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client may not sell or distribute the footage/images without prior consent from Schneider Aerial Imagery.

Clients may cancel or reschedule a shoot with at least 24 hours' notice. If a shoot is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, Schneider Aerial Imagery reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. If the shoot is postponed, a new date will be agreed upon without additional fees, provided availability allows.
